The artificial intelligence training programme for ICDC members concluded on 12 June 2026 with its third and final module, dedicated to communication and the use of AI tools in project writing. The three-module program provided representatives of member organisations with the opportunity to learn how artificial intelligence can be integrated into their daily work.

During the final session, participants learned how to use AI tools to create social media content, from drafting texts and generating images to developing editorial calendars. They also explored practical tools for producing organisational communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, annual reports, and presentations.

In the current context, artificial intelligence has become a practical tool that can save time and improve the efficiency of numerous work processes when used responsibly and ethically. For non-governmental organisations in the Republic of Moldova, which often operate with small teams and limited resources, AI tools can provide valuable support in areas such as communication, planning, information analysis, document preparation, and project writing. When used effectively, these tools help optimize organisational workflows and allow teams to focus more on activities that have a direct impact on the communities they serve.
