The initiative promotes mindful content choices as a way to reduce stress, filter negativity, and create a healthier digital environment. Through simple, practical advice, the challenge encourages users to build a calmer, more meaningful feed that supports positive mood and productivity.

Every day, we scroll through hundreds of posts – news, memes, debates, advertising, and glimpses into other people’s lives. While it may seem harmless, this constant flow of information shapes our mindset and emotional state. Often, just a few minutes of scrolling can trigger fatigue, anxiety, or a sense of pressure. This is digital noise.

Key messages from the #FeedDetoxChallenge

Listen to how content makes you feel.
If certain accounts regularly cause irritation, anger, or unhealthy comparison, they quietly drain your energy.

Curate your feed consciously.
Follow people and pages that inspire, educate, and support you. Make room for ideas and encouragement, rather than endless negativity.

Allow yourself to filter.
Muting, unfollowing, or limiting screen time is not weakness – it is self-care. You are not obliged to consume everything online.

Small habit, big impact: try starting your morning without your phone for the first 20–30 minutes. Begin the day with your own thoughts before absorbing everyone else’s.

Your mini challenge

Today, try a short feed detox:

  • mute or remove at least three accounts that pull you down;
  • add three accounts that make you feel calmer, better informed, or happier.

Most importantly, remember: you control what you see. You choose what shapes your digital space.

Share your experience using #FeedDetoxChallenge – and let’s build a healthier online environment together.
